Report Content
The content within a collision reconstruction report may vary based on available evidence, limitations, and other investigative details. Every case will receive the same methodical approach and, to the fullest extent possible, a complete in-depth analysis that contains:
- Speed, angles, and sequence of contact
- Momentum and vector sum analysis
- Scene diagram analysis with each vehicle’s path, area of impact, and final rest
- Time / distance analysis
- Expert conclusions
- Source citations
Deposition and trial testimony provided. Findings are presented in direct, non-speculative language calibrated for judges, juries, and other lay audiences. Methodology sections reference peer-reviewed sources and meet the admissibility requirements of both state and federal evidentiary standards. Every conclusion cites the specific evidence and the calculation that produced it. All content is peer-reviewed with no baseless conclusions.
